Apple has recently introduced the Apple Watch Series 11, with a focus on improving health features. The device, which was announced on September 9, 2025, includes several new features and improvements.
One of the most notable additions is a new feature that can alert users to signs of high blood pressure. Using its built-in heart sensor, the watch can monitor blood vessel activity and provide notifications about potential chronic hypertension. The watch also includes a sleep score function to help individuals understand and improve the quality of their sleep. This feature analyzes sleep patterns and provides insights to help users feel more rested.
In addition to the health features, the new watch has been improved in other ways. The battery can now last up to 24 hours on a single charge. The display on the aluminum models is also more durable, with Apple stating it is two times more resistant to scratches than the previous model. The watch also has 5G cellular connectivity, allowing for faster and more reliable connections without needing a phone nearby.
