Apple has released the new 11-inch and 13-inch iPad Pro, featuring the M5 chip. Customers can now find and purchase these models in Apple Stores, on their website, and through the Apple Store app.
The latest iPad Pro, powered by the M5 chip, offers a significant leap in performance while maintaining a very thin and light design. Paired with iPadOS 26, the device offers users powerful new ways to work and create.
Key Features of the New iPad Pro 2025
The M5 chip brings substantial upgrades, including a next-generation GPU with a Neural Accelerator in every core. This means the new iPad Pro can handle AI tasks up to 3.5 times faster than the previous generation, and it’s up to 5.6 times faster than the iPad Pro with the M1 chip.
Other hardware improvements include a faster CPU, an enhanced Neural Engine, and greater unified memory bandwidth. For connectivity, the new model is the first to include the C1X modem and the new N1 wireless networking chip designed by Apple.
The new iPad Pro comes in 11-inch and 13-inch sizes and features the Ultra Retina XDR display, which uses tandem OLED technology. This display, along with iPadOS 26, is designed to deliver a stunning visual experience. Additionally, the new models work with updated accessories like the Magic Keyboard and Apple Pencil Pro, offering greater functionality.
